The International Fire Protection Association (IFPA) which is legally registered and established as an international research organization.

The IFPA is formed and advocated by the high-ranking fire officers, famous experts, professors, scholars, head of relevant organizations and enterprises from some countries and areas in the world.

The international executive office of the IFPA is situated in the important international trade center- Hong Kong and the Secretariat is set in Beijing the political, economic, and cultural center of china.

The responsibility of the IFPA is to advocate the spirit of fire services, to increase the level of fire science and technology, to strengthen the people’s fire safety knowledge and awareness and to create a good fire safety environment. The IFPA dedicate to the science, management and technical research, development and extend and actively promote the international fire exchange and cooperation.

The aim of the IFPA is to promote the development of fire services and to protect safety of the mankind.

The main task of the IFPA is to doing research and development in the fire science, management and technology, to provide resources service to the government; to offer fire management, technical training and consultant services to the enterprises; to supply consultancy and recommendation to the fire manufactures. IFPA holds all kinds of technical exchanges, forums and seminars; new products negotiation，product advertising，exhibition, and running all sources of fire degree courses, further educational training, professional technical certificate training courses and etc. The IFPA editing and publishing scientific books & magazines and making electronic products such as video, film as well. Meanwhile it actively assists and supply relevant service to the fire industry, enterprises, companies, firms in the world and takes the advantage of global fire resources in the area of science and technology, capital, and information for the international cooperation and exchanges.

According to the require, the IFPA will set relevant institutes and research centers and for the branches of IFPA recommends all sources of fire professionals locally to join this team to make great and new contributions to the cooperation and development of the fire services and to the safety of the mankind.
